Once upon a time, when ClientCentral still had about 2k members and there were many new applications, some were accepted, some declined, and some people got demoted after their application got accepted.
But then, a new application came in from Mahdi. He was seeming like a really nice person, so I sent him the question msg and waited. And waited more.
And after like 5 years, he finally responded. And I accepted his application. He was super thankful and happy that he could join the team and quickly, everyone in the staff team loved him.
Mahdi was (and still is) such a nice person that he quickly got promoted: first to Moderator, then directly to Lead Moderator skipping SrMod, then Admin, Lead Admin, Community Manager and now even Owner.
